    @raymo The new routine still has planks it just changes them out for a different anti extension exercise when you hit 3 x 30 seconds.

    @neillaexanori Just stick with them. They are more to do with teaching decent posture for other movements than making you stronger. Maybe look up some articles on cues for the various positions and make sure you are doing all the little things like squeezing the thighs and glutes together etc.

    6 y/o push ups record

    @picamon I won’t comment on the safety of a kid doing thousands of pushups because I have no idea (doesn’t sound like a great idea though) but I would be more concerned about how the kid is being treated by his parents. His training regime must be pretty gruelling.
