    @johnjs37 Seriously!! I also gained 20 lbs quickly due to the health stuff. I’m 30 lbs over what I want to be but I can’t seem to lose any weight because I love food and portions are so hard. I’m always hungry!

    @freds I feel like my maintenance is anything over 1750 but I think it’s more like 1900. I’m trying to eat 1600 but I’m constantly hungry and always go over on weekends. I do Orangetheory/run 2x a week and strength training 2x. I eat 115-120g of protein a day

    @irishamerican4christ I’m the same height (but 10 lbs heavier) and do Orangetheory 2-3x a week and strength train and my registered dietitian has me at 1575 calories a day. I think 1800 a day would be closer to maintenance than a deficit.

    @philm I feel this. I strength train 2x and run 2x a week but recently I’ve been so hungry that I can’t eat below 1700. I’ve tried 1500 and always go over. I’ve been maintaining forever. Trying to lose 30 lbs. my BMR is very close to yours!

    Oikos Triple Zero?

    @steven92 I love it! I eat Oikos plain and it’s great. That being said, I don’t eat just that for breakfast. I eat oatmeal and Oikos for breakfast with coffee.

    @gelimontana143 Yes you definitely should eat more! How tall are you? I’m 5’3” and I’m eating 1550-1650 a day and I strength train 2x and cardio 2x (but I have an office job). I would try increasing by 100-200 cals and see what happens!

    Eating more protein when you don't like protein

    @skillz I really like Oikos Greek yogurt - it has 15-20g of protein depending on the flavor. I can’t have whey protein powder either so I like the chocolate Vega sport protein (pea protein)
