    @bferg333 Yeah I weighed myself this morning and I’m back to 125.0 so at least I’m getting somewhere!

    @stosa I only weigh myself once a week, probably didn’t help that I weighed myself after a long weekend of eating over my maintence. Going to refrain from doing that again and go back to my normal day which is Wednesday

    @startupchristian You are really right. Everyone has been so helpful and kind to this post and it’s really making me realize that these things don’t happen overnight. I really hope in 3 months from now I will be able to hit my goal, which I do think is possible if I stick to my healthy habits!

    @tiffc I used to weigh almost every day but it was making me go crazy :( so I do once a week instead now

    Also just weighed myself 24 hours later after sticking strictly to my macros & cals and I’m already 1.2 pounds down, so hoping this keeps on trending downward!

    @marco71 Thanks, you’re totally right it just has to be water weight. I’m not totally mad with how my clothes fit but I want them to fit better (like I’m so close 😔) so that is the goal over the weight. I need to not be attached to the scale.

    @sexualpurity Tens of thousands??😦 ok that makes me feel a lot better because I definitely did not eat that much. Probably a combo of water weight/sodium then. I’m back on track this morning and going to try my heat next weekend to be more mindful of what I eat when I go out ☺️ thank you!

    @badue twins I have IBS too! Lol unfortunately :/ but I’m glad to know others are in the same boat. Also when I drink a lot it also makes my weight go up a lot. This was very encouraging thank you

    @sraweber369 Thank you I really appreciate it! I have been focusing on adding more protein to my diet because I get hungry a lot in between meals and protein is very helpful to satiate hunger. I think if I stick to these habits in a few months I will see progress!

    The TDEE calculator says I should be consuming 1230 cals a day to lose weight. I’m 26F 5’2” 125lb, is this sustainable or realistic?

    @dawn16 I’m just curious what made you choose that amount of calories? Or was it just trial and error?

    @zvikisum I didn’t know that’s how it works, but you are totally right. There’s no way, I probably ate only 1k extra calories each day. I’m not on my period rn but the extra salt makes sense because my big meals I had were Asian food. Last night before bed I looked so bloated, I also have IBS...
