    @joncates That would be my plan, when I feel ready for it. I was more concerned with un-racking weight, or loading plates on the bar.

    @leahhope Yeah, the procedure is on a Friday and I have the weekend to recover. I can also work from home as needed, after that.

    @gigibraun You can adjust the program to suit your needs. Or pull back a bit on the compounds to leave yourself some gas at the end. I feel like there’s more to the story for OP, and maybe they’re not fuelling their body properly, or they are limiting themselves in other ways. Mechanically...

    @vincentleo Maybe move biceps up the chain a bit. If you’re doing them last every time. You’re going to be 100% depleted

    @kevinsim For someone who’s never stepped into the gym before, I think 99% of people would recommend them follow a well known routine. People spend way too many wasted years, thinking they know better than the professionals.

    @ameedee87 I’m in the Full body zone now. Work out every other day (as sleep and schedule allow). Some weeks it’s 4 days, some 3, some 2.
