I‘m tired of not getting better at pull-ups

@greg67 I could do 3 pull ups, and wanted to fast track it. 6 weeks later I could do 12.

I‘m tired of not getting better at pull-ups

@greg67 Yeah it necessitates you putting other things, besides pull ups and push ups, aside for 6 weeks. But with the Armstrong program you know it's going to be worth it.

REPORT! I did 100 pull ups a day for 30 days. The result was amazing!!

@triumphant8891 It'll come, this takes time, so there is plenty to do. Don't forget to pick up the Dragon Flag, as it comes for free with the Front Lever.

REPORT! I did 100 pull ups a day for 30 days. The result was amazing!!

@triumphant8891 11 chest-to-bar pull-ups is an excellent achievement. And it means you have hit the requirement for training the front lever (adv tuck should not be too hard now), and the muscle up.

One Arm Chin Up Tutorial by Guinness World Record Holder - Strict Full R.O.M Technique - Extreme & Easy!

@michaelphemo Decent tutorial, despite the comments. But its kind of edited wonky. It goes too fast, too much reading, it would have been better if you had told us all this stuff, even if the tutorial goes on for 20 minutes. But let me see if I can get a hang on the recommended progression...

Is hanging from a wall as good as pull ups or at least enough to prepare your shoulders for pull ups?

@cloture No. Not at all. Hanging is not bad, it's good for you, but pull ups are about biceps and lats, and require full range of motion to train. First of all make sure you are doing Chin Ups, and not pull ups. Chin ups are with the fingers in, towards you. Pull ups are done with fingers out...

Would you guys be down for a 30-day L-sit/V-sit/Manna challenge so we could motivate each other?

@fromgenesistorevelation I would be down for this. I feel L-sit is right around the corner for me, but recently I've become frustrated with it for lack of perceived progress.

One stop solution to L-sit and V-sit problems

@cbsmel Cool, I'll be happy to take a look. I'm in a weird place in my journey here, I can do a 20 second L-Sit on the floor and about 2 second V-Sit. (super high, straight legs, looks great) But I CANNOT manage to go from L-Sit to V-Sit, my butt hits the ground in the transition.

Got some question about my current bodyweight routine, any answer will be appreciated

@korni This looks totally solid. If you're truly not interested in any skills just keep doing this. If not start the day with a few L-sit and back lever attempts.

What is a better transition workout: easier variations vs negatives vs lower reps vs longer rest?

@yahleel 3. You need to start your calisthenics journey with a focus on STRENGTH development. To train strength, you gotta do few reps, long rests and few sets. And try to have perfect form on every rep.
