    @donnamann1 I do a full workout with bicep training at the end. I don’t have much time to focus only on biceps. I do a regular 4 dag bro split (I think that’s what it’s called). Bicep curls are 2 times a week.

    @ivans I don’t know if cutting got me so traumatized that I never want to do it again because I am so afraid I will gain and have to cut. So I struggle to gain. Hmm the whole program thing confuses me. I will check the link

    @ivans A regular 4 days split. Yeah I am trying. A lot of anxiety to deal with at first. After losing 28 kilos and treating any weight gain as an enemy for a year it’s difficult to switch mentality.

    @antponetteoaks Oh ok. Maybe I should focus on that then for the time being. I have always wanted to do pull ups but I haven’t learned yet and I have prioritized other exercise to grow my muscles but maybe I need to focus on that even though the reward comes long after

    @antponetteoaks Nah, I suck at it and I don’t have the time to try. My schedule is tight. I mean I could replace my bicep curls for pull ups and chin ups but it won’t help me grow much muscles when I can barely do one pull up or chin up

    @swhite I have hit 10 like one or two time. And it’s exactly as you describe it. I can do more on the first sets than less on the second and then even less on the last one. Ok so I could do like 8, 6 and 4 and then go on to the next weight? Or?

    @maksutov Regular bicep curls. Yeah it’s the 3x10 rep range. I thought it was bad to use heavier until I could do 10 with 10 kilos. I’m going to try some other exercises for a while

    @king18471 I train biceps 2 times a week. I mean I do other exercises that include biceps but bicep curls is two times a week. I don’t get much sleep due to personal reasons and I am eating in maintenance.

    @cathya Yeah I suspect that’s it. My situation may not change for a couple of years because of my daughters condition but I am hoping that sticking to a workout routine will make things easier once things get easier in my personal life.

    @kazane I eat a lot of protein. I am eating in maintenance right now but I’m trying to overcome the fear of losing weight so I can eat a little more. I sadly don’t get much sleep due to having a kid that has medical issues. I go to failure with bicep curls. I always feel that I can’t do more...

    No matter how much I try I can’t get past 10 kilos in bicep curls. I have never been able to do 3x10 in bicep curls. I don’t see any growth in this area. What can I do? It sucks that I try and try but never see any results in this area
