    20.1 Strategy - A Coaches take having watched 20+ athletes complete it this morning

    @musicforerunner Did RX C+J singles, got half way through the 8th. I definitely needed to go even slower than I thought I was going, adjusted in the 3rd but it was too late. Was able to keep moving the whole time but the last 2 rounds were slow going.

    Joint health

    @dreamsunderstood Dude, I’ve been doing CrossFit for 6 years and have similar skill/numbers as you - I did a 12 week OLY program last year thinking it would be no big deal… I was wrong! Knees hurt pretty consistently until week 10/11. Now I can handle the volume but jeez it was a process.

    100KG Squat Snatch, 22 y/o. That Lift was my first set Goal when I started into Crossfit 2 1/2 Years ago. Glad I finally made it!

    @brothermark How tall are you? Are your hands all the way out to the collars?
