20.1 Strategy - A Coaches take having watched 20+ athletes complete it this morning

@musicforerunner Did RX C+J singles, got half way through the 8th. I definitely needed to go even slower than I thought I was going, adjusted in the 3rd but it was too late. Was able to keep moving the whole time but the last 2 rounds were slow going.

  1. Research has shown that Hands on Knees resting position is more effective. Feel free to google hands on knees resting position.
  2. Resting at the bottom of the burpees while gravity and the floor is not allowing you to take a full breath of air isn't optimal. Breathe when you step up and jump. If you need to stop, stop with hands on knees.
  3. I really wouldn't suggest doing UB reps of barbell unless you're like top 10%.
