Morning workouts - prep, routine and everything else

@charlieparker Alarm goes off at 6:30. I brush my teeth, get dressed, have a caffeine tablet, double check my program to see if I need to take fractional plates, and I'm out of the house at 6:50, gym at 7. When I used to work out at home during lockdown, I'd just roll out of bed, change my...

Taller ladies with very long femurs - Does Squatting Ever Get Easier?

@faithfulsteward7 Honestly, I would get a new trainer. No knees over toes is pretty outdated advice and she should know that if she's continuing to learn techniques etc. I would be worried what other potentially incorrect form advice she might be giving.

How do you pump yourself up to go hard?

@allthingsarebecomenew I do what my program tells me to do. What program are you following? Perhaps it's time for a different one that fits you better!

Programming that is creative/has variety and keeps you interested?

@wallflower1104 It's nice to know it might not be this hard every week then lol! It's certainly highlighted the areas where I was slacking in my own programming...looking forward to next week!

    School Fitness/Testing in your country

@1tommytom Same, quite a lot of team sports! Netball and rounders were very common but we also did tennis, squash and dance. It was pretty easy to skip class, too...I don't think I did any PE sessions in the last 2 years of school. I absolutely hated it. The only thing I liked then was swimming...

Programming that is creative/has variety and keeps you interested?

@dawn16 My abs are still sore too! Just seen the new workouts for next week, I like how there's just enough variation in the accessories to keep it interesting, while still keeping the main strength parts the same.

Programming that is creative/has variety and keeps you interested?

@emiles97 I've done RP and GZCLP too, but this week I started Stronger By The Day and am really enjoying it (despite the full body DOMs I currently have). It's $9.99/month but there's a 7 day trial to see if you like it. I've never paid for programming before but after finally getting bored of...

    The Elusive Pull-Up

@staxx If you don't already - follow the_artist_athlete on Instagram! She posts a lot of great drills that help with aerial. These 3 posts (one, two, three) cover 3 variations of floor-based exercises you can do to work the muscles you need for pull-ups. If they don't feel like they're doing...

Any fitness trainers or influencers with big bust?

@andreamk0713 Not sure about recommendations for people, but as a 28G/30FF I highly recommend the Panache sports bra. Shock Absorber are good too - they're probably a bit more supportive for me but not as comfortable, so Panache is my favourite (and I prefer the wired version over wireless).

    Ratings of Protein Powders

@1235784truwp Ooh peach mango sounds good! The UK flavours are slightly different to the US flavours I think - in the UK I usually get peach tea or orange mango. I really like strawberry kiwi too although that one is very sweet.
