    @denice65 I've officially stopped cutting and am now eating at maintenance (YAY!) also I increased my run speed by a minute per km. Running a 5 minute K actually seems doable now for the first time since I set that goal.

    @denice65 I fell off the wagon (damn you pms/shark week!), ate a bunch, gained some weight and/or bloat. Feeling better now though. I decided to start strong curves again, so I'm on day 2 of that. Oh, the doms.

    @wheelgirl Glad to hear he's recovering, motorcycle accidents are so scary. Car drivers often seem to forget that while they're in a metal shell bikers are in leather or denim most of the time. Also glad to hear you didn't lose what you were working on but you just stayed where you left off.

    @denice65 I increased my calories which means I have a ton more energy (clearly 1500 was way too low for me, so now I'm eating between 1800-2200 depending on the day), which means I worked out 4 times this week without feeling like crap. I also ran a km straight without walking and got my time...
