    @activatedalmond Normal stuff over a few days. If one week's average from daily weighing is higher than the next week's average from daily weighing, then you adjust the calories down. Otherwise, try not to panic. You have plenty of time to get in the groove and find your cals

    @activatedalmond Also its a total myth that you are eating "too little" to lose weight. chances are, calorie balance is not what you think it is, unfortuantely.
