“Renaissance periodization has jumped the shark” - Alex Bromley. Any thoughts on this video?

@lovely_krystal86 PED users will never be a good source of information for a natural. Maybe those who were at a high level naturally prior (which Mike wasn't) for a bit but after a few years the juice will blur it and they will start giving so-so advice.

“Renaissance periodization has jumped the shark” - Alex Bromley. Any thoughts on this video?

@piescko Mike's following is mostly novices. Wouldn't that make GVS's critique even more on point? They lack the ability to to put Mike's advice into use.

    Jeff Nippard’s New Exercises

@laura02375 Even if his exercise selection advice was 100 percent spot on, he lacks practical expertise in other areas of programming. As I said before - he is unbalanced. Large legs and back but lackluster "show" muscles. His frame is great which helps him a bit but his overall musculature in...

    Jeff Nippard’s New Exercises

@laura02375 You asked me how I would look next to him: I would look shorter and fuller than him. If you think so, by all means follow his advice. But I would be rather upset if I switched bodies with him

    Jeff Nippard’s New Exercises

@laura02375 He is very disproportionate. Very thick legs and lackluster upper body, barring his lats and upper traps.

@laura02375 I do dislike how much authority Milo believes to have whenever discussing programming... when he looks the way he does

    Jeff Nippard’s New Exercises

@tan37 He seems to actually lag behind nowadays. I remember when his body was miles ahead of Alex Leonidas' but nowadays Alex has him beat.

Renaissance Periodization - How To ACTUALLY Build Muscle As Fast As Possible

@sbrodhagen If you count your back as a single muscle group, you can train a different part of it almost every day. Your shoulders can take a lot of punishment too before complaining.
