    @devonian I don't know man, every judge I've ever had at my gym was pretty generous with the no rep, especially with that hspu standard last year and the feet together on burpee standard they introduced. I don't know anyone at my gym that intentionally shorts a movement, unless they are unaware...

    Linda - women’s opinions?

    @mixpanema Dude here, unless your gym is programming volume bench press leading up to it, 55 reps at bodyweight would be daunting for most athletes. I weigh about 215 and max around 315 and don't think I could get 215 up 10 times without training for it.

    C&J/Bench Press ratio

    @pilgramspirit C&J is about 245 right now, bench is about 315. C&J seems like a much longer, complex movement compared to bench, so I'd think bench would naturally be higher?

    @ladyblue1 Depends on what you want to get out of the workout, if it’s a couplet with running, for example, do I want to run more or focus on the lifts? The workout should be designed to give you a certain stimulus, so if you can handle the weight safely and with good form, do it Rx.

    How long do you expect your crossfit shoes to last?

    @sonofgodbrotherofman Yeah, I expect my shoes to last a year, but I also go to the gym 5 days a week, rotate shoes depending on the WOD and use lifters whenever I can.
