@blindly28 Sure thing :) it's more expensive so if you have a good blender you can make it or use lentils or probably other things too! Check out alternative tofus
@darrendance Ahh gotcha. I'd say grab and eat more tvp, tempeh, tofu, and some protein powder and bars. You can add tvp to basically anything cause it's flavorless, even add it to oatmeal. Are you working out 5 days a week?

Juicers are in every part of online fitness now. They are a self-perpetuating cycle that unfortunately won't end.

@xbluxtunicx82 Oh, yeah, I just do that in the morning with hot oats. I was confused on your comment. I know 1/2 cup old fashioned oats are 150 calories, so I add soy yogurt, milk, berries, peanut butter, protein powder, and chia seeds to mine :)
@airunited4u I would recommend basically all Bob's Red Mill products (minus the gluten ones lol) like Kamut, hemp protein powder, tvp, 1-1 "flour", etc. Maybe you could handle chickpea flour too and do "omelettes"?
