@jenfer A big no for using ghee in cooking. Has cholesterol which oxidises easily which forms oxysterols, and oxysterols are linked with cancer heart stroke pretty often. Yes it has higher amount of saturated fat as well. Can be used as a topping on prantha/roti/dal etc but avoid cooking in it

Which one is neutral grip pulldown?

@ayn Number 1 is what I meant by neutral grip pull-down. But my intent of recommending this exercise is for you to target you lats which will not be the case if you do it like it is shown in the picture. You would want to keep your elbows closer to the body for better lat engagement. I’ll...

@mercymaid Please provide evidence or point me towards limitations in the evidence I shared. I will be more than happy to have a civil discussion. Yes it has estrogen and for some it might be problematic, the timing of when a cow is milked also influences the amount of estorgen it will have...

    My views on Soybean/Soya Chunks

@ngocthanh2015 Yes, but the question is to what extent? We cannot compare overnight soaking of soya chunks to overnight soaking of chickpeas/dal. Because of the high amount of anti nutrients present in Soya chunks. Also, soaking reduces the protein and vitamin mineral content of soy as well...

@kobestutri You're most welcome. I didn't know the anti greek yogurt views of this sub. Didn't come across any comment like that. It is an excellent product, digests well, helps in increasing gut microbes and provides good amount of protein. Plus it's tasty.

@kobestutri The reason for Milky mist greek yogurt having more protein could very well be because they "processed" it to be that way. Processing is not a bad thing. How the processing is done is what matters. This is how Greek yogurt is "processed"...

@kobestutri Do you mean making "yogurt" at home by saying "set yogurt"? If yes, then you need to know that there is a difference between dahi and Greek yogurt. Basically Greek yogurt has an extra strain of bacteria (Streptococcus thermophilus) which breakdowns lactose in Milk and the end...
