    @afamilyundergod Baylee was like this before CF. Baylee grew up rich and doesn’t need the $14 a year she makes from fast exercise. This decision has nothing to do with her low placements or limited fitness related income.

    @austins3991 Strongly recommend The CrossFit “superset everything” methodology requires lowering the weights because it’s a conditioning methodology. 21-15-9 thrusters will light up your lungs but unless you’re a nooby noob, it doesn’t make you strong. So yeah, do it. Eat more carbs...
