    @dimefractal For me it’s that way with protein intake. I’ve been 60g off my optimal protein intake for years, and I’ve still gained dozens of pounds of muscle despite that.

    How many pullups are enough in a workout

    @johnblessed Whatever you can recover from is effective volume. Personally I’m at a point where 3 sets, even at max effort, isn’t enough for me.

    @korni I was in the same predicament for while. Aside from running, I just do 4 sets each of pistol squats, nordic curls, and calf raises on my leg days. I never did weighted leg exercises, because I already have bigger legs than most people who do them.

    @johnbastion This is actually a major topic that isn’t being addressed enough. People love being sticklers for form when it comes to pullups, but for some reason it’s OK to pad your pushups numbers with extremely fast half-rom reps. Those numbers will drop severely when you tell them to do...
