    @addisonleigh I gained weight at 1g of protein per body weight. You should aim for 1 g of body weight of protein of your goal weight not current

    @bunnylightheart 120g protein might be too much if you’re trying to lose. Only with omad or really being strict with CICO do I lose that’s with 15k + steps. It’s hard work at 5’2. We fight together 🙌

    Is it just me or do we get ignored at parties/bars because we’re short? like people can’t see or notice us in the crowd

    @woollybear that’s what those 8” pleasers are for. Never had a problem with people not noticing me.

    @woollybear 1000% I’m with you. Everytime I seriously start lifting I gain 5 lbs when I stop I lose. Lifting makes a person hungry too but I really like the definition

    @luin31 Yes 3 days is def enough for losing weight , since it’s mainly diet. I dropped with extra walking.
