    @adriana28 Thanks for the reminder that 5,000-7,000 os already a good chunk! I think when it comes to fitness, it’s hard not to get stuck into an all or nothing mentality.

    @newcombe2 Oooo! I like this mentality. I can definitely pace around while making tea or put in a five minute power walk. Thank you !

    @tlwilnos I definitely have to walk for errands too. My problem when I work from home is getting sooooo sucked into my work that I don’t leave my chair!

    @3rdday Right? Walking can be a challenge if it doesn’t happen naturally. I hope the 30 minute workouts give you some free time!
