    High volume session today. Phone died and lost the recording. Total of 10’ in 4 sets with 1/1 work/rest ratio. I did 7,7,7,8 - 8,8,8 - 8,8 - 10. Total 79 reps. I got the 7’ test end of this week and 10’ test in 2 weeks. I guess with this volume I should be aiming for 5-6 rpm for the 7’ and 10’ sets.
