    @miljana93 Good and bad news. Bad news - you can't "spot reduce" fat by working out that body part more. Fat comes off the body the same no matter what you're doing. Good news - This means that you don't have to come out of your comfort zone to keep losing weight. You just have to keep going...

    How do y’all eat so much protein?

    @kim2116 Lentils and rice is your answer (or any beans & rice, really). Lentils are high in protein and fiber. If you mix them with rice, you get a "complete protein". We make them with some diced up veggies and Indian spice mix. So damn good.

    @upliftinglove I don't doubt that you have to complete the time/distance portion. I was wondering if you had to walk it (as opposed to jogging).

    @upliftinglove Do you have to walk it? 12 minute miles is really fast for walking. A slow jog with get you there much easier. You can follow a couch 2 5K program and hit 12 minute miles for that distance (5K is 3.1 miles) fairly easier than trying to walk that pace.
