Hey doods, doodettes, and those in between! I looked back at a post I made here a month ago asking about how long it takes to see changes in your body. I was frustrated at the time because I had seen no movement on the scale.
Flash forward a month, and I’m down 10 pounds from my max of 191! I’m seeing a bit of a difference in my athletic performance as well, despite some minor gremlins in my troublesome back. In terms of appearance, I’m still pillowy, but I figure better food choices and consistent exercise will lead to changes soon enough.
Thanks to all the kind people here for their advice and encouragement. I’m 6 pounds from my goal of 175 by my Daytona trip next month. Lots of work left.
