    @jesiah I kept messing up my wrists so I have conditioned myself to do handstands on my fists only (fiststands). Took a while to transition but I love it. I'm only doing this on carpet, gymnastic floors and artificial turf. With more conditioning I hope to do this on wood and concrete surfaces...

    Finally managed to rep 100lbs on dips (170lbs b/w)

    @jessica719 As an observer to all of this I really appreciate this comment. Makes sense to me and that is a great way to describe how to avoid injury in many scenarios.
