After the recent "ladies of X-height" posts..

@8erkid You are seriously my spirit animal. If I owned a scale, this would be its primary purpose. I normally end up taking a before and after pic and chuckle to myself. But I also agree with the rest of your post.

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

@raika Duly noted, will scrap the progression squats and go all-in after warm ups. Thank you! Would eventually like to squat the 50lb.

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

@lawrencemcdonald123 I'm already subbed to /r/mealprepsunday but will sub to /r/gainit immediately - thank you. I have a food scale and weigh my breakfasts and lunches, but it's difficult to finish the whole meals unless I pick at them over the course of the day. I haven't been counting...

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

@lawrencemcdonald123 I'll edit this into the original post, but I want to grow strength and become more muscular. I'm 5'5" and 120lbs, which is NOT ideal - I'd like to gain 5- 10 pounds of muscle mass, and I'm trying to up my calories currently, but I'm a grazer and find it difficult to have any...

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

@dynamitex Very happy to read this conversation, because I was thinking more about swings being for the legs (per /@lawrencemcdonald123). Once I move swings from arms/chest, I am lacking on more exercises. Push ups could replace it?

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

@dynamitex I think I will do this come Monday, as well as pair it with others' recommendations for tracking cals. I'm sure I'm not eating enough.

@dynamitex I have not (love your username, by the way). Will read into it this afternoon, thank you!

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

@dynamitex My logic was that I'm making sure I still focus on some glutes/legs even when I'm not having an official leg day. I tried stronglifts but felt like just the 3/4 workouts weren't enough. Couple that with it being made for people with access to barbells. Ironically, the whole reason I...

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

@rebornbeliever Thank you! Others have recommended SC, so I am looking at doing both. If I go this route (either now or at a later date), how long does it take a person to determine their 1RM?

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

EDIT: 5'5" & 120lbs ... my goal is to gain 5 - 10 pounds of muscle, increasing strength and muscle mass. I'm currently struggling to eat enough calories. I'm a grazer and find it difficult to eat a large meal before dinner. Took a booty progress pic this morning and my upper body is far too...
