@coldnorth Thank you so much onion! Giving up running made me feel like I'd go stir crazy with anxiety but weight lifting has given me a much more clear mind! Best of luck with healing from your injury. PS: your cat is freaking adorable.

@canook182 SO true. In fact, you articulated something I hadn't realized before. I am the most satisfied with my physique than I ever have been, and yet I think about it less than ever before. Thats a testament to just feeling inline with my body in all capacities. Thank you for the...

@dawn16 Yes! Go by yourself, go with friends. Listen to music. Be silent. Do anything to get yourself out to the mountains!

@marty65 Thank you! Workouts are 30-40 minutes. I don't have the time to stay longer but I definitely hustle. I don't scroll through Instagram or Spotify. I don't text anyone. I just go. I try and do 6 different exercises with 4 sets each,... but that totally varies. Right now I love doing the...

@f41thful1 Definitely listen to Mindpump! I'm sure they're not for everyone, but once you get used to their personality and the shows rhythm, it's like listening to three of your buds. Best of luck with your partner!

@ninalove13 What helped me me most was simply people watching at the gym. I’d take note of what other people were doing, go home and google it, and then try it the next day. It helped to see actual people working out instead of curated Instagram posts.

@flishflake86 I love your words. You’re so right though about society right now; everything is curated and perfect. If fitness isn’t your entire life the masses don’t want to hear it. I’m much more concerned with finding a place for fitness in my life, but I want a bigger life than that. (I say...

@godwine It wasn’t the time but rather how immediate of a need it was. I’d feel anxious until I went outside and ran. It was debilitating.
