    4 years of hard work

@silsophi You look good, but if you think your body fat is high just bulk for longer and get less fat

None of my bulks (lean or dirty) ever seem to result in any muscle gain, and I honestly really don't know what I'm doing wrong at this point

@daughteroftheonetrueking You bulked and cut for 6 months. If you spend the same amount of time losing as you do gaining, then you're going to get similar results. If you bulk the same amount over a full year, then try and cut it much more quickly, you can start bulking again much sooner than 6...

    Too Much Volume?

@4eyedfenix Btw, your physique looks great! Would never guess you're a beginner. I'd only jump routines if that's what you feel like you need to do to progress

    overtraining impacting results

@earnest1018 I see, yeah decreasing your set intensity just a little bit, a rep or two in the tank will help that out and volume is great for bodybuilding and really strength training in general. You're already a big ass, strong dude. If you're repping out 400 4 x 12 on squat instead of 2 x 18...

7.1 lbs of muscle in 8 weeks possible natty? (stanford university experiment, link included)

@kpmasonry This experiment has long been debunked as not viable in a number of ways. It's probably "possible" for someone but not likely possible someone both lean and natural

    overtraining impacting results

@earnest1018 Why are you asking all these people who you are stronger than? You need a pro coach since you're basically at enhanced numbers as a teen. Try coming off of intensity, though. Going to failure sometimes can be great, it's obviously taken you far, but if you're struggling to hit...
