    Not finding the classes provide enough volume

    @zekori Yeah run it for 12-16 weeks and see what happens. Additionally you probably run the risk of being a fitness ala-carte person and your “programs” probably don’t work in the harmony you expect them to.

    Why is 60 minutes classes the standard? 90 minutes classes would be much more efficient

    @bldssphq It’s easier to commit people to 60 minutes classes because it’s around an hour there plus commute times. Even if it takes 20 min one way to get to the gym that’s close to 2 hours already. The population of people who want to spend hours at a gym is very small.

    8-5 Desk Life

    @marlow7 Really recommend a standing desk, shoes that have a small heel/are comfortable, and a mat to stand on. Made a really big different in my mobility. Rather than spending time fixing problems from sitting I could now make gains because I was standing during the day/
