    Goal weight for 5ft 2in F?

    @dan123 5”1, 116lbs currently, spent most of my teens/20s at 99lb & was 💯 malnourished with horrendous effects on hormones etc. Health is most definitely wealth, regardless of what the scale says 🤌🏼

    Says here that the farmer’s carry is a full-body workout. Can I just do farmer’s carries every day?

    @dinneratsix That makes a helluva lot more sense than my stupid ass imagining holding the weights & pressing the stop button with my head, like you do with the light switch when your hands are full 🤷🏼‍♀️

    @ghancock1210 Sorry to jump on but how do you manage to turn the machine & off?! Genuine question btw I have enough anxiety without carrying anything lol
