@jackspec I shamefully admit to switching from athlene to a1 and prothin, the last batch I got from Athlene gave me the itches which means either too much sugar or I'm sensitive to one of their ingredients and my pee became darker and smelt funny. So far A1 Isolate is fine, I don't get diarrhea...
