@talkingbunny I'm pretty sure that you're also only factoring Rx when it's BTWB. They have another option for scaled. So you also need to factor that most scaled athletes are using that version in the app.
@bigred009 Hyrox. I don't know enough or care about GRID. The original post was about hyrox, and Op of this thread said "politics" as if it's a fact. I was wondering where that fact came from, because I haven't seen it anywhere and well known athletes have done it.

@thespeedboy I'm not saying that it didn't say it. I'm also not saying that CFHQ didn't tell people. What is am saying is that they made it needlessly confusing. If you are breaking up a distance into 25ft shuttle runs, why would you count the reps as 50ft intervals? Just using 25ft intervals...

@ncvaalgirl While understand it's up to the individual to fully read, why would you write the workout out like that?
The athletes are to blame for not reading, but CrossFit is to blame for making it confusing. There are other ways to write it that are much less confusing. Such as:

@giftsigns Except TYR is already doing a lot of stuff with WZA, including expanding it.
I agree, they probably are the best to go with overall; I am not sure they will take over another competition at this point is all.
