    @rswembraced i skimmed comments so may have missed it but for swings I like to set a timer for 10 minutes and jyst do EMOM..ten swings on the minute every minute...so at the end u will have done 100 swings...u can scale this up or down in rest time/weight/reps... regarding exercises and...

    @ecco could u bring kettlebells? or if space is an issue how about one adjustable kettlebell...expensive up front but awesome fitness tools

    @monstershouter prob just me but on single arm work i tend to switch from hand to hand before taking a break while i udually do EMOM for two handed work like swings...this happened simply because i have limited access to double kbs at the gym but do have an adjustable kbk comp bell at home..

    @bakso would that be single arm with transitions as needed, double arm or both? it seems like singles might be better for cardio?

    @dawn16 Wildmans programming of swings/tgus and then squars/c$p remind me of a push/pull split...the tgu is tricky to program if one comes from a bodybuilding mindset...I would add pullups to the swing day and dips to the press day if equipment is available

    Minimalist program

    @archieraptor Goblet squats/Swings/TGUs is a simple workout that hits most of the body...could sub Snatch for th Swing and/or CleanSquatPress for the Goblet....i lije to warmup to three work sets but thats really just a habit ftom traditional gym workouts...EMOM for ten reps each movement works...
