Minimalist program

@archieraptor Goblet squats/Swings/TGUs is a simple workout that hits most of the body...could sub Snatch for th Swing and/or CleanSquatPress for the Goblet....i lije to warmup to three work sets but thats really just a habit ftom traditional gym workouts...EMOM for ten reps each movement works well..can be done as staight sets or alternating depending on the kbs you have..prob a hassle with an adjustable tho
