    @carlosacook I do have the problem that one of my feet is misaligned from my knee by about 45 degrees, so one legged squats on that side are really hard from a balance perspective. I have done pistol squats a bit but always hit a point where my balance slows me down more than my strength

    Are there any exercise more brutal than the horse stance?

    @graced1257 Now probably not that long since I haven't done it in like 8 years or so. But when I was training regular I would usually do 10 minutes at a time with weights in my arms. Kind of like planks, you eventually get to a point where boredom gets you faster than exhaustion.

    @graced1257 We used to do this in karate when I was a kid. If you do it every day you get to where you can just hold it forever
