    @barronkanetaylor Hey man, it's cool to disagree with people on stuff. I like double snatches, but I don't like TGU. We live in this world where people think you have to be an adherent disciple of one person or another.

    @brownie The more you do it, the easier it gets. I can’t back squat (it’s because of shoulder mobility), so I always front squat or goblet squat. My front squat under a barbell is better than my friends front squat, even though they can squat way heavier than me. Why? It’s a skill and different...

    @brownie I do not think that KB's are the right tool for Z2, especially when you have a bike erg at your disposal. Z2 is supposed to be even and steady.
