@ambitiouspoetry probably took me a few months to be able to get one down. Negatives and lat pull down are a great way to make some progress. Now I can do maybe 10 unweighted pull-ups, and 5-6 weighted ones.
@a1235 oh yeah, it's much easier for me to put off eating in the morning while I'm busy at work. I love to hoard my calories and have a super filling dinner, dessert, and pre-bed snack.
@samtp77 My calories are currently at 1800, but I eat about 500-600 from 9AM-3PM and then the remaining 1200-1300 from 7PM-9PM. This eating schedule works well for me though!

@caelo21 126 I can hit in the gym, but definitely not with the pause at the bottom. I attempted 270 the other month and broke it off the ground before failing, but i'll still probably stick with that at my meet.

your final attempts for bench and DL are two that I'm really going to be gunning for in 2.5 weeks at my first meet. Squat... well that's another story; i'll be lucky to hit 195+ :(
