    @zionxleep Posture is a key thing I forgot to post about - rdls and deadlifts have made so many improvements to mine. I genuinely thought I was posing the same when I took these pics (I’m a one trick pony) and now I can see how different my back looks.

    @soul_tsunami I love her. Before her videos I wouldn’t work my arms (?) or any form of back (?). Seeing the progress she forced onto me fixed this for me. She kept me in the gym when I was overwhelmed and intimidated a year ago.

    @chasullivan It was wayyyy less symptomatic than I expected. All I noticed was being really thirsty and once or twice a tummy ache.

    @chasullivan Thank you!! I bought a cheap creatine monohydrate at Walmart. Brand is equate. It tastes like virtually nothing. I chug it in a glass of water.     @randy321 It’s incline 12, speed 3 for 30 minutes. It’s like a brisk uphill walk. Much easier than stairmaster for me lol.

    @dawn16 Thank you!! Yeah I definitely focus on protein. It’s the center of everything I eat. I use a smith rack which is like an assisted squat rack, I’ve actually gone down in the weight I lift recently to focus on form. I really noticed changes in my glutes from doing Bulgarian lunges too...
