    Does Height Matter?

@prcg345 Do you follow any particular protocols, volume landmarks etc? Feel like we're similar height and torso but your arms kill mine. I spent too many years thinking bis/tris at the end of an upper day was enough to grow them.

    Does Height Matter?

@prcg345 1) You have a great natural physique, well done. 2) What kind of split are you running out of interest?

People told me l’m doing junk volume. I’ve never seen such fast gains though

@dorsetanglican97 Right?! How does 9 sets a muscle group and x2 muscles per workout end up being 36 sets of biceps.

How to sequence upper/lower/weak point split

@txstudent145 Just do @sandys/Rest/U/L/Weakpoint/Rest/Rest. This gives you 2 days of rest from Weakpoint day to the next Upper day which is more than enough for Side delts and Triceps Upper Lower Rest Upper Lower Weak point Rest Rest What am I missing?

How to sequence upper/lower/weak point split

@txstudent145 Are you suggesting an 8 day split or have I misinterpreted?

Your opinion is right: give us your tier list for any workout

@kvolm Unsupported is the key word here. I don't mind single arm work but would only do it with legs pinned down in a lat pull down machine and with my non working arm holding onto something solid for support.

How to sequence upper/lower/weak point split

I've been running upper lower 4 times a week for forever. Want to throw in a weak point day to mix things up, planning to start with side delts and triceps. Any tips on programming to minimise the impact of reduced rest days? I'm used to U/L/REST/U/REST/L/REST which always allows 2-3 days...
