@cookgokey_angel If you’re a seasoned walker I think you’ll accomplish it no problem! Have fun!

    I walked 100,000 Steps in 24 Hours!

@cyruse The first day after I felt pretty good surprisingly. The blisters on my feet were probably the worst part and that hurt to walk, so I got less than 1k steps lol. My knees were a bit sore and my lower back for 2 days, but I bounced back much quicker than I thought I would. And thank...

@babygirlnaty Thanks! I did the early morning part on the treadmill but the rest was outside. I would’ve been way too bored on the treadmill lol

    I walked 100,000 Steps in 24 Hours!

@katarinap I was sore for a few days but thankfully I’m all good! I did lose a my pinky toenail from all the walking, but I’ve been told that does happen sometimes when you walk/run that many miles. Other than that I’m completely fine!

    I walked 100,000 Steps in 24 Hours!

@ilyich There is a 2 mile loop right outside my house and I walked that the entire time. Kind of a boring view after 20 loops lol but I wanted to be close to home and it was flat ground. In terms of the training, I just walked 5k steps extra a week- so 5k per day on the first week, 10k the next...

    I walked 100,000 Steps in 24 Hours!

@runner44 I wore Brooks adrenaline GTS. I honestly did all my practice walking in a random pair of Adidas that were not meant for long walks lol. Buying proper walking shoes definitely helped alleviate the back and hip pain I had been having.

    I walked 100,000 Steps in 24 Hours!

@mzha1942 About 9:45pm. Took me about 19 hours. I was on pace to finish at 6pm but my knee pain really slowed me down

    I walked 100,000 Steps in 24 Hours!

@casitas To be honest, I had blisters all over my feet so I probably don’t have the best advice lol. What I have heard since then is to change your socks as often as you can because the sweat adds to blisters. A couple of ultra marathoners I know actually tape up their feet in spots they’re...

    I walked 100,000 Steps in 24 Hours!

I actually completed this on April 8th and just never got around to making a post about it. Here's the proof: A few months ago, I saw a post on here where someone walked 100k steps in 24 hours. I didn't know it was possible to even walk that many steps in one day, so when I learned about...
