    @pearlgrl13 As others have pointed out, you're not supposed to get 100 Swings within 5 minutes every session. Rest as much as you need and try to make every single rep as powerful as possible.

    @hcwewvcw02 Pushups to pike pushups to handstand pushups. It is a pretty large jump. 2 arm swings, 1 arm swings, get your body used to it. Push Press and Jerks help. Ladders of 2 3 5 10 with the 20 helps. Be patient.
