    @londonmum Because this one is going into your body, the results and side effects can vary, and it’s not something that you can just decide to stop doing. It’s a bigger decision than you’re making it out to be.

    @neostarwcc Agreed, 1RM, some people can get there in a year. Others it takes longer. Notice I went back and edited my original comment to read 90%.

    @neostarwcc 2nd the above, but it depends on if you’re taking about 1RM vs 3-5RM. Also, getting 90% there is fairly achievable. That last 10% takes commitment and persistence.
