@dontdosadness Day 6 and the only issue I have is that my body isn't primed yet for eight floor pushups 🔥..or maybe it's the 2km run I did this morning?
@dontdosadness Day 8 done. My triceps were very relaxed from the reverse rows. The squats was the most difficult,I was trying to do it without turning out my feet towards an angle and I felt my abs tightening. Feel great overall.
