    @7ebenezer7 Can you use the internet on a touch? If so, why not just browse to the website of whichever site you want to use? It's not as convenient but I'm not sure you'll find a quality, updated app for your ios.

    @drizzlingskies I second almond milk! Definitely look for the brand with the lowest sugar though... that's how they sneak up on ya! ;-)

    @dimitryet The distribution of fat on your body is determined by genetics, but if you want to gain more muscle in your thighs, then I'd recommend stopping with so much walking (this builds endurance more than strength) and start doing lifts (e.g. Squats) and other quad exercises like leg presses...
