Sporty people: Where do you get all of your protein?

@bill1969 happy people mind their business and don’t go off arrogantly “teaching” others things that they’ve already done - again, read the message, read the other comments, and eventually see for yourself. otherwise go on living your “happy life”, if you’re happy with how you are xx bye happy emo

Sporty people: Where do you get all of your protein?

@bill1969 your comment isn’t mandatory especially when you’re the rudest of all other 64 users - get a life, do therapy, and go release your stress on something else. if you would have understood the message just like all 64 people i’m sure you could have also understood what my question...

Nutritionist + working out = gaining weight, no results?

@eyore I think I'm not in deficit, but where I should be (1400kcal per day — I'm 158cm, so tiny). Maybe SLIGHTLY less, to lose kilos. For now, the nutritionist is helping me understand what causes my bloated belly. With a low FODMAP diet we removed a bunch of stuff for a month, and next week...

Nutritionist + working out = gaining weight, no results?

@ameedee87 Will DM you now! I was also reading online it’s normal to gain weight when you start working out and after a couple of months it should start having you losing instead of gaining weight.

Nutritionist + working out = gaining weight, no results?

Hey, I know it's not much time, but I've been on a diet for 1 month given by my nutritionist, as I have IBS and I'd like to lose a bit of weight (3-6kg). I work out 5 days a week at home (some days yoga 60mins, other days 30mins HIIT, other days biking 1h at 28km/h) and I'm not usually a...

Home workout that works out :D

@rev7verse9to12 Heheh cardio is to burn calories and also cause once the summer is back I want to go back on using my bike outside! I’ll listen to my body as I go, but first what’s important is to create a program that I understand and maybe have it printed or put in an app so I can look the...

Home workout that works out :D

@rev7verse9to12 Damn that I'm eating half of what I should be eating. Next week I meet the nutritionist, we'll see how to rearrange the meal plan! I'll stick with strength training + bike + yoga, so I have a primary muscle builder (ST), 1 low muscle/high stretch and meditative practice (yoga)...

Home workout that works out :D

@rev7verse9to12 Hey thanks! Yeah I don't want to become bulky, as I'm 158cm and if I bulk I become a cube :D I'd like to lose weight and the belly, and to tone/define the body a bit. I'd like to keep yoga and biking, maybe I can do HIIT with some weights, or some resistance training instead...

Home workout that works out :D

@ocsoni Hey thanks for answering! Yeah yoga I do it cause I just like it, and surely does something (also just helps with backpain etc as I sit a lot during the day). I like cycling cause I do bikepacking and now in winter I train at home. I'll buy kettlebells soon, can't have too much stuff as...
