@reneaz Diet will be important. Focus on high protein and appropriate calories. For training, I would invest into some resistance bands or a suspension trainer, or dumbbells and/or kettlebells, and do some resistance training to get the results you are looking for. A full body program 2-3 times per week would be a good option. But more important than which program you choose, is that you enjoy it. That will keep you doing it. Once you've decided on a program, you will also need plenty of patience and consistency, because those two ingredients are essential to this recipe. Best of luck!
