    @jmrich I just started weighted pull up. I am using bricks and rocks so I don't have the exact number :)) For one arm chin, currently, I can do 30% of the bottom ROM.

    @dawn16 It's not overtraining at all. I did not do it in one workout. I did it throughout the day. Plus I just cut off pull up out of my normal training program. I still train push movement and leg. And I do it only for one month, like focusing on one movement in a short of time to get it...

    @16023 The important thing is Progressive overload. You must increase either reps/set/ or weight workout after workout. If you want to increase rep, higher frequency training plan such as GTG or the fighter pull up program helps a lot.

    @maximillion No. I can muscle from the beginning, with a huge kip of course. My muscle ups just got cleaner along with my pull ups.

    @dawn16 The number of sets is not fixed. But about 10 sets a day. I mostly do it at home on a concrete structure as you see on the video.
