    @dawn16 Yeah used to actually do it in the office and when I would get a standing desk I would do a lot of standing band workouts as well.

    @eugenekoshanof I strap them on my thigh and spread my legs, us different bands for variety. You can do calve ones as well. Having a standing desk allowed me to do more kicking motion ones which were excellent.

    Low calorie count + workouts = tired

    @unhappymale Id recommend more salt. It gave me my energy back and I started losing more weight. We lose around a gram in an hour workout, recommended daily is 2 grams, and you're probably getting less since you're calorie restricted. Not getting enough salt and getting depleted is dangerous.
