    @jacksoncris Multiple times. Trust your body and listen to it! ETA your body is probably busy building glycogen stores that you’ve been depleting. You need carbs and fluid to help it out.

    @jacksoncris Just roll with it and trust your body. Ensure that every meal and snack, as best as possible, has a balance of carbohydrate, protein, fibre, fat and fluid (very important this one!) to keep yourself as full and satisfied as possible. Make sure you’re enjoying your food too...

    @acco340 Prior to my pregnancy I was doing 3x 60-75min whole body weight lifting sessions (progressive overload, aiming to hit each body part with 10-20 sets per week). Active stretching and warming up before each session. I’d also try to hit 8-10000 steps most days OR swap it out for a swim...

    @burialchoice Don't under or over eat, reduce stress, eat an abundance of plant foods for your gut microbiome, stay active, rest lots.... all the other things are just details!

    @washed7by7the7water7 I don't have any advise as that's a really low body fat percentage for a woman, especially one who is already very thin. It ain't worth ruining your metabolism and relationship with food for a honeymoon.
