    @basicsacademy We need more details. Height, weight and a picture so we can estimate your body fat and muscle. To bench your weight you need more muscle and strength. I know eating more sounds counter productive but the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn in the long run.

    What are you eating during the week?

    @basicsacademy Is it that you want to lose fat or is your issue a lack of muscle? You will look better and perform better if you spend 6 months eating more and trying to build muslce.
