    @maxmanroe Nobody says that. It is however wise as an older lifter to stay way from low rep ranges. The risks outweigh the benefits. They are harder in your joints and you risk injuries. Those injuries can risk your lifting career when they happen at an older age.

    @servant52 That difference is only 100 - 200 kcal a day. Easily achievable through eating less.

    @silas0307 If your diet and rest is 100% in check (which I doubt) then get your hormones checked. You might have low test.

    @servant52 You dont need cardio to lose weight. Its actually very inefficient cause your body wants to compensate for the calories you burn out through cardio. Best is to walk a lot and CICO.

    @kim2116 For building muscle protein intake is very important. Your current intake is insufficient. As vegetarian it shouldnt be hard to get enough. Greek yoghurt or low fat quark have high protein content.
