    @jette26 My gym sent us a link to Les Mills. I tried the Barre class and gave up in confused giggles as the camera swooshed around panoramic views of two women giving me commands in French. It looked like they had a lot of boxercise type ones though?

    Day 5 was not great, I didn't really have suitable equipment and I didn't know most of the exercises, so I guess it was more of a practice than a workout.

    @warpur I'm going through Tom Merrick's 7 days, tomorrow will be my first day 5. It's about the right level of challenging and he gives good modifications. I'm actually surprised at how okay I am (maybe I'll change my tune tomorrow!)...

    @kingjamesversionbibleonly Have you seen those sunrise alarm clocks? Game changer for me, might help you out? Mine is an old model by Lumie but there are other makes too.

    @ezworldwide For the last week I've been doing about 30 minutes of yoga each day, plus a strength training video, plus my officially-allowed dog walk. The walk is maybe 45 easy minutes, doggo is getting a bit old for longer or faster hikes sadly.

    @kingjamesversionbibleonly Sort of the reverse to your question. My job involves a lot of walking in hilly areas. I can trudge along for hours, struggle on the uphill bits, but recover really fast. Outside of work I love exploring, tend to follow trails and rights of way. I'm now very limited...
